1. Create your campaign
Tell the story honestly: who needs help, why, and how funds will be used. Add photos, a goal and a timeline.
2. Get verified & approved
Our team reviews your identity documents and story — typically within 48 hours — before the campaign goes live.
3. Receive donations
Supporters give via M-Pesa, card or bank transfer. You see every donation in your dashboard in real time.
4. Withdraw funds
Request a withdrawal to your M-Pesa or bank account. Our team reviews each request before the payout is released.
For donors
1. Browse verified campaigns
Every live campaign has passed identity checks. Look for the “Verified” badge next to an organiser's name.
2. Donate in minutes
Choose an amount, give with M-Pesa, card or bank transfer, and optionally donate anonymously.
3. Follow the impact
Receive a receipt for every donation and follow progress through organiser updates and photos.
