1. Organiser verification

Before a campaign goes live, its organiser submits a government ID, a selfie and proof of residence. Organisations add their registration certificate. Our team reviews each submission and approved organisers earn a Verified badge.

2. Campaign review

Every campaign is reviewed by a human before it is published — the story, the goal, the photos and the fund breakdown. Campaigns that fail review are rejected with a reason, never silently hidden.

3. Withdrawal review

Money leaves the platform only after a withdrawal request is reviewed and approved. Payouts go to the organiser's verified M-Pesa or bank destination, and every decision is recorded in an audit log.

Donor protection

  • • A unique payment reference and receipt number for every completed donation.
  • • Anonymous giving respected everywhere — your name is never shown when you opt out.
  • • Donor contact details are never displayed publicly on campaign pages.
  • • Campaign comments are visible to everyone, keeping organisers accountable.
  • • Failed or suspended campaigns freeze new donations and withdrawals.
  • • Session data is stored only in your own browser — we never sell your information.
