Refund Policy

The general rule

Donations are voluntary gifts to a cause and are generally final. Because funds are held for, and often already applied to, the beneficiary's needs, we cannot guarantee refunds once a donation has been completed and withdrawn by the organiser.

Accidental donations — 48-hour window

If you donated in error (wrong amount or wrong campaign), email support@donorsarena.com within 48 hours of the donation with your payment reference and receipt number. If the funds have not yet been withdrawn, we will refund the donation in full.

Failed or suspended campaigns

If a campaign is rejected, suspended for a policy breach, or cancelled by the organiser before funds are withdrawn, completed donations to that campaign are refunded to donors. Refunds are returned via the original payment method, typically within 5–10 working days.

Chargebacks and disputes

Before raising a chargeback with your bank, contact us — we can resolve most cases faster and without fees. Unwarranted chargebacks against completed, legitimate campaigns may be contested with our records.
